This led to high designer turnover, profit motivated design, and a watered down visual brand language.

Side note - the MOD naming convention refers to the modular brim system, a feature no current Oakley helmets utilize

Can we refresh Oakley's helmet VBL to establish them as a leader in the category?

Interviewed skiers/snowboarders either did not know Oakley made helmets, or they thought the current helmets were boring/lame
